Refund policy

Refund Policy for Aleruva

Thank you for shopping with Aleruva. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging (including any accessories, stickers, booklets, etc.).

  • You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at contact@aleruva.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • You do not need to return the item.

  • Simply email us at contact@aleruva.com with clear photo or video proof of the defect.

  • Once verified, we will issue a full refund or replacement—your choice.

No return address or physical return is required for defective items.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Products damaged after receipt due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.

  • Items missing parts or packaging not returned (unless agreed in advance).

  • Custom or personalized orders (if applicable).

  • Digital products/services (if applicable) once downloaded or access is provided.


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Items showing signs of use or missing parts/accessories.

  • Items returned in a condition not substantially the same as when delivered.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at contact@aleruva.com and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Shipping Costs

If we request a physical return (only in rare cases and only when agreed in advance):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any agreed-upon return shipping charges may be deducted.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, plus any additional time required by your bank or payment provider.
